Nutritious Meals for HBCSD Families - Summer Harvest

The Huntington Beach City School District (HBCSC) has a new partnership with Summer Harvest—Food for Kids, which will offer Huntington Beach City Elementary School District families access to nutritious meals this summer.

Summer Harvest is a local, volunteer-driven nonprofit that provides nutritious meals to families, especially during school breaks. Last summer, they distributed over 50,000 pounds of groceries, including fresh produce, pantry staples, helpful recipes, and cooking demos. With community support, they also provide backpacks filled with essentials before the start of the school year.

To participate in the Harvest Program this summer

Please complete the Summer Harvest registration form  (shine.summerharvest.us/signup). If you need assistance completing the form, please contact 714-964-8888. Families only need to complete one submission per household to participate in the 2024 summer distribution series.
