Life Skills - Creative Painting & Mental Wellbeing

Expressing one’s self through art is yet another avenue to support mental wellbeing. Painting can allow for emotional release and decreased anxiety by stimulating the creative side of the mind, and focusing attention in one place. In our late May Life Skills Class - Painting & Mental Wellbeing, instructor Shaughn guided students to collectively create an amazing mural using the Flip Cup Painting technique. Students had a blast working together, and their beautiful masterpiece on now full time display, for all to enjoy at our Robyne’s Nest office!
