Life Skills Workplace Etiquette & Coping During Holidays

In our Life Skills class, Workplace Social Etiquette, Part 2, students participated in a hands-on training session building on essential workplace social skills including effective interviewing, handling coworker conflict, and much more. Instructor Merry guided students through various scenarios using interactive role-playing activities to help them build confidence and practical experience.

In our other recent Life Skills class, Coping for the Holidays, Dr. Robin guided students on acknowledging and navigating past trauma, keeping perspective, and proactively finding and focusing on the positives during the holiday season.

Our Life Skills classes focus on providing awareness, techniques, skills and more for students to accept personal responsibility for their wellbeing and their paths in life, and to understand the resources that are available to support and guide them on their journeys.
