Mental Illness Awareness Week October 3-9, 2023

It’s Mental Illness Awareness Week. Mental illness can interfere with a person’s life and ability to function. With support and treatment, it is possible for people living with a mental health condition to overcome challenges and lead a meaningful, productive life in recovery.

  • October 3rd: National Day of Prayer for Mental Illness Recovery and Understanding

  • October 5th: National Depression Screening Day

  • October 10th: World Mental Health Day
