Robyne’s Nest Is Eight!!
On April 8th, 2015, Robyne Wood created Robyne’s Nest to provide support to at-risk and homeless high school students in the HB and NM districts who, despite their circumstances, continued to go to school and had not turned to alcohol or drugs. These students were often overlooked because they were not disciplinary problems in school, and would not ask for help. Robyne’s mission was, and continues to be to provide these students with the resources and support they need to complete high school, and pursue a path to becoming self-sufficient, contributing members of our community. With the efforts of the Robyne’s Nest crew, and the incredible support of the community, we continue to grow and provide more services to our students in need every year!!!
