Thank You HBHS Green Team!
We are so grateful to the Huntington Beach High School Green Team students who came by the Robyne’s Nest office on Tuesday to drop off freshly harvested veggies from the school garden!
The Green Team is HBHS’s Farm-to-Fork environmental club that runs a sustainable agricultural farm on campus using aquaponics and organic methods, and sprouts real-life skills for students who are passionate about organic farming practices and sustainability. Their produce goes to a local restaurant called Slapfish. Our operations are student-run and our goal is to spread environmental awareness in our community.
