Youth Wellness Fair - Nutrition Pillar Vendors

Nutrition is our fourth pillar of wellness at our Youth Wellness Fair this coming Saturday, May 18th! Our fabulous nutrition vendors will have fun activities and “tasty” info to help our kids and young adults learn how to fuel their bodies and minds for success…make sure to stop by their booths: PREPable, Pasifika Victuals, Acai Republic, and Sweet Petite Treats!

PREPable

THE “F” WORD. Yes that’s right, we’re talking about “fat” and all the negative feelings and connotations surrounding it. Trying to fit in, is actually what’s hindering our ability to be mentally and, in turn, physically healthy. We believe that what goes into your mouth is just as important as what comes out of it. So every time you receive your delivery, you’ll get a little reminder card to avoid the “f” (fat) word for as long as your PREPs last. Once your mouth is on board, your brain will eventually follow. Youth will learn how to read nutrition labels and know what they are putting into their bodies! PREPable

Pasifika Victuals

Preserving health & culture and finding healing through natural food. Focus on the health benefits of the beautiful hibiscus flower: rich in antioxidants, supports health, promotes digestion, boosts the immune system; weight management, and calming the nervous system: #drink your veggies #healthiswealth. Get an introduction to some wholesome juices! Pasifika Victuals

Acai Republic

At AÇAÍ REPUBLIC we are passionate about acaí and health lifestyle. Our commitment is to inspire everyone to be happy with energy and offer an AUTHENTIC Brazilian Açaí Bowl!
